Originally based in Victoria, BC, The Vend Collective / Slowly offers a curated boutique experience centered on quality and sustainability. We specialize in unique consignment pieces, supporting local designer's, and promoting a circular fashion movement that values slow over fast. Since opening our first location on Fort street we have expanded to Montreal in 2026
